BeadFX is a bricks-and-mortar/on-line retail store located in Toronto, Ontario Canada. They are a one-stop shop for a wide range of jewellery-making supplies including beads, tools, wire, and much more.

Angela Peace is an extraordinary knotting artist who also happens to teach a BeadFX. I have personally taken a number of classes with Angela the learn Chinese knotting and Cavandoli knotting.

Anne Marie Desaulniers is a fun and knowledgeable mixed media artist who combines all kinds of materials, beads and more into complex designs. Anne Marie was my enabler into the world of bead embroidery! Also an instructor at BeadFX, Anne Marie teaches a wide range of mixed media techniques.

The annual Bead and Button Show is fun, informative and inspirational. Imagine 2,000 people (mostly women) from around the world and approximately 750 classes - all under one roof! In addition, the show floor features all of the jewellery-making supplies you could imagine plus bead artists with perfect components.

The Toronto Bead Society is a wonderful group of jewellery artists who get together once a month to learn and share. Membership isn't limited to seed beading; it encompasses artists of all jewellery media including wire, metal, chainmaille and more.
